The Fritsch Collection
How the Collection is organized
     
 
Chrysonebula holmesii Lund 1953   The sheets that make up the Collection are arranged into major groups,
  e.g. Greens, Blue-Greens, etc.
Chrysonebula holmesii Lund 1953   Within the major groups there are further subdivisions,
  e.g. filamentous and non-filamentous.
Chrysonebula holmesii Lund 1953   Sheets are arranged alphabetically by genus, and then by species names.
  Information about varieties and forms appear on the species sheet.
Chrysonebula holmesii Lund 1953   Diagnoses and taxonomic information may also appear on the sheet.
    Recent genetical taxonomic work is taken into consideration.

  We are planning to digitise these sheets as many are nearly 100 years old and need preserving. Information on the sheets is linked to the author index and to the genus index -
